Canon has released firmware version 2.0.7 for the RF24-105mm f/4L IS, adding several practical features. It now supports full-time electronic manual focus, applicable in both single and servo autofocus modes. Additionally, the focus ring can be configured as a control ring; for instance, if set to control the aperture, it enables completely silent aperture adjustments during video recording.
